1. Which surfaces work with the suction base?
Use a clean, dry, smooth, flat, non-porous surface, such as smooth glass or a mirror. Textured dashboards, leather, unfinished wood, frosted glass and other porous surfaces may not hold a vacuum seal. Avoid painted or delicate finishes and check the hold before every use.
2. Will it work with my phone and case?
The mount needs a compatible magnetic connection. A non-magnetic phone or case requires a suitable magnetic ring or case. Thick cases, wallets and phone grips can affect the hold. Contact us with your phone and case model if you are unsure before ordering.
3. Can I use it in my car?
Choose a suitable mounting surface and check the suction and magnetic connection before each trip. Keep the mount away from airbags and do not block your view. Rough roads, heat and vibration can affect adhesion. Do not use it on the outside of a moving vehicle.
4. How do I move or remove the mount?
Remove your phone first, unlock the base, and gently release the vacuum seal. Do not forcefully pull the mount off a surface. Clean the base as directed in the product instructions and check the surface before reinstalling.
5. Does this mount charge my phone?
This is a phone holder, not a wireless charger. Use your phone’s normal charging method when charging is needed.
