Shipping within the contiguous United States

GUCCQUEEN ships from the United States. Standard shipping is $3 for one item and free for two or more items to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC.

Areas we do not serve

We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands), Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, Hong Kong or other international destinations.

Dispatch and delivery estimate

Orders are expected to dispatch within 1–2 calendar days.

Estimated delivery is within 7 calendar days of ordering to eligible addresses. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier disruptions, severe weather or an incorrect address may cause delays.

Order assistance

Please check your delivery address before ordering. For address corrections, tracking questions, delays or delivery problems, email support@guccqueen.com or use our contact form and include your order number. An address change may no longer be possible after dispatch.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging can help us resolve it. See our Refund Policy for our 15-day return and exchange process.
