15-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your GUCCQUEEN order.

How to start a return

Use our contact form with your order number, the item you would like to return, and a brief explanation. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending a package so that we can arrange its return.

Return shipping

GUCCQUEEN covers return shipping for returns and exchanges requested within the 15-day period. Follow the shipping instructions we provide. Please include the product and its supplied accessories and package them securely.

Refunds

After receiving and checking your return, we will confirm the refund or exchange arrangements. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
