3-month product warranty

GUCCQUEEN products include a 3-month warranty from delivery. If you experience a product problem during that period, please contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange support.

Get help

Send your order number, product name, and a description of the issue through our contact form. A photo or short video can help us understand the problem. We will confirm the appropriate next steps and any return instructions with you.

Returns and exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, and GUCCQUEEN covers return shipping. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Using your mount

Follow the included product instructions, use a suitable mounting surface, and check the hold before use. If you are unsure about a phone, case, or mounting surface, contact us before ordering.

This warranty is in addition to applicable statutory consumer rights.
