1. About GUCCQUEEN

GUCCQUEEN at guccqueen.com is operated by Yiqianda International Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited. Business contact address: Unit 39, 9/F, Chungs Commercial Building, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Our storefront is hosted by Shopify.

These terms apply when you use our store or place an order. Our shipping, refund and privacy policies also explain how we handle your purchase and information.

2. Using the store

Provide accurate order and contact details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of others. A person placing an order must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

3. Products, prices and orders

Review the product description, compatibility notes and included instructions before buying. Phones, cases and mounting surfaces can affect fit and hold. Keep mounts clear of airbags and the driver's view; adjust your phone only while parked.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change for future orders. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. Contact us promptly about an incorrect delivery address or requested order change; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

4. Shipping area and delivery

We ship from the United States. Standard shipping is $3 for one item and free for two or more items to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, Hong Kong or other international destinations. Estimated delivery is within 7 calendar days of ordering to eligible addresses. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details and help with delays.

5. Returns and warranty

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. GUCCQUEEN covers return shipping. Our products include a 3-month warranty from delivery. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange the next steps. Do not send products to our business contact address without return instructions. See our Refund Policy and Warranty & Support page. These policies do not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.

6. Offers and email updates

GUWELCOME15 gives eligible new customers 15% off merchandise on their first order. Use the email associated with your GU account at checkout. One use per customer; customers with previous orders are not eligible. The offer can combine with current sale prices, Buy 3, Get 1 Free and eligible free shipping. It does not discount shipping charges or taxes.

Buy 3, Get 1 Free applies separately to each participating product: add four units to receive one free, or use the bundle selector to add the paid units and gift together. Different products do not combine towards the three paid units. The gift and final discount appear in your cart and checkout.

Marketing email subscriptions are optional and provide new-product and offer updates. Subscribing is not required to buy at the displayed price.

7. Reviews and customer submissions

Submit feedback based on your own experience and share only material you have permission to use. When you consent to publication, we may publish your review and display name and make minor formatting edits without changing its meaning. Reviews may be excerpted. We do not publish your email address or order number in a review. Spam, unlawful content and unrelated material may be removed.

8. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Marketing subscriptions are optional and can be cancelled; order-related messages may still be sent. Third-party payment services and linked websites may have their own terms. Third-party product names used to explain compatibility do not imply endorsement.

9. Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights connected to an existing order.
